1. Interpretation & Definitions
Words with capitalised initial letters carry the meanings defined below, applicable in both singular and plural forms.

2. Description of Service
LyfeSport is a health and wellness content and education platform that provides general informational resources on topics including fitness, nutrition, mental wellness, sports, and healthy lifestyle habits.
LyfeSport is not a healthcare provider, medical practice, telemedicine platform, pharmacy, clinical nutrition service, or mental health treatment provider. Nothing on this Service constitutes a doctor-patient relationship or professional health consultation.
3. Eligibility & Age Requirements
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet the following eligibility requirements:

4. User Accounts
Registration

Account Termination by You
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at lyfesport.global@gmail.com. Upon deletion, your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your compliance with this Acceptable Use Policy. Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access.

- Replace or delay seeking emergency medical care
- Encourage or promote dangerous health practices, eating disorders, or self-harm
- Redistribute health content in contexts that could mislead others about its educational nature
6. Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership
The Service and all of its original Content — including but not limited to articles, guides, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — are the exclusive property of LyfeSport and are protected by Indonesian copyright law (Undang-Undang Nomor 28 Tahun 2014 tentang Hak Cipta), international copyright treaties, and other applicable intellectual property laws.
Limited Licence to Users
LyfeSport grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service and its Content for personal, non-commercial purposes only, subject to these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

- Modify or create derivative works based on the Content without express written consent

Your Licence to Us
By submitting User Content, you grant LyfeSport a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use, display, reproduce, adapt, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting the Service. You retain ownership of your User Content.
Your Representations
By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the necessary rights and permissions to submit the content
- The content does not violate any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights

- The content does not promote harmful health practices or dangerous activities

Content Moderation

By using Health Content on the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You use Health Content entirely at your own risk and discretion

- LyfeSport is not responsible for any health outcomes, injuries, or consequences resulting from your use of Health Content

Health Data You Voluntarily Provide

Termination by You

14. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service and all Content are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
LyfeSport expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:
- Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
- That the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free

- That Health Content is medically accurate, complete, or current at the time of reading

15. Limitation of Liability

- Physical injury, health complications, or illness arising from reliance on Health Content
- Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data or transmissions
- Any conduct or content of third parties on or via the Service
- Interruption or cessation of access to the Service
- Bugs, viruses, or harmful code transmitted through the Service by third parties
Liability Cap: In any case where LyfeSport's liability cannot be fully excluded, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $10 (ten US dollars) — reflecting that the Service is provided free of charge.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Where applicable, EU GDPR rights, UK GDPR provisions, and California CCPA provisions also apply to relevant users.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service, the parties agree to:
EU Users — Alternative Dispute Resolution
If you are an EU consumer, you may also submit a complaint to the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform of the European Commission at https://ec.europa.eu/odr.
Class Action Waiver
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any dispute shall be resolved on an individual basis only and not as a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding.

LyfeSport reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will:
